1. What is Wash & Fold laundry service?
Our Wash & Fold service offers a hassle-free laundry experience: drop it off or schedule a pickup, and we’ll handle the washing, drying, and folding for you—returning everything fresh and ready to wear.
2. Do I need to sort my laundry before sending it?
Nope! Just toss everything in a bag—our team will sort lights, darks, and delicates to ensure optimal care.
3. Are my clothes washed with other customers' items?
Absolutely not. Each customer’s laundry is processed separately to maintain hygiene and prevent mix-ups.
4. How do I prepare my laundry for pickup?
Place your clothes in a sturdy bag (your first bag is fine). We’ll provide a reusable one upon return for future orders.
5. What if I have items with stains?
Place stained items separately and give us a heads-up about the stain type. We treat them with care—but please note that 100% removal cannot be guaranteed. (additional cost may apply for this service)
6. What detergents and fabric softeners do you use?
We have high‑quality, allergen‑free, fragrance‑free products available. If you have special requests or sensitivities, just let us know.
7. Can I request specific folding or hanging preferences?
Yes—tell us how you like things folded or hung. You can note it in your profile or with your order instructions.
8. What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is next-day delivery. Larger or special orders may take up to 48 hours—but we’ll always notify you in advance.
9. Do you have a minimum order size?
Yes—for pickup/delivery we require a minimum of $25, and for drop-off services it’s $15.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, with secure billing on file. For walk-in drop‑offs, we also accept cash and mobile payments.
11. What happens if I miss a scheduled pickup?
Missed pickups may incur a fee. Please contact us promptly and we’ll schedule a new time. We also send reminders!
12. Do you offer services for commercial clients?
Absolutely—we service businesses like hotels, gyms, and Airbnb hosts. Contact us for customized pricing and options.
