1. What is Wash & Fold laundry service?
Our Wash & Fold service is a hands‑off laundry solution: drop it off or schedule a pickup, and we’ll wash, dry, and fold everything for you — returning your clothes fresh, clean, and ready to wear.
2. Do I need to sort my laundry before sending it?
No sorting needed. Just place everything in a bag — our team separates lights, darks, and delicates for proper care.
3. Are my clothes washed with other customers’ items?
Never. Each customer’s laundry is washed and dried separately to ensure hygiene and prevent mix‑ups.
4. How should I prepare my laundry for pickup?
Place your items in any sturdy bag. After your first order, we’ll return your laundry in a reusable WSHFLD bag for future pickups.
5. What if I have stained items?
Separate stained items and let us know what caused the stain. We’ll treat them with care, though complete removal can’t be guaranteed. (Additional stain‑treatment fees may apply.)
6. What detergents and softeners do you use?
We use high‑quality, allergen‑free, fragrance‑free products. If you have sensitivities or special requests, just let us know.
7. Can I request specific folding or hanging preferences?
Absolutely. Tell us how you like things folded or hung — you can add notes to your order or your customer profile.
8. What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is next‑day delivery. Larger loads or specialty items may take up to 48 hours, and we’ll notify you if so.
9. Do you have a minimum order size?
Yes:
Pickup & Delivery: $25 minimum
Drop‑Off Service: $15 minimum
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards with secure billing on file. For walk‑in drop‑offs, we also accept cash and mobile payments.
11. What happens if I miss a scheduled pickup?
Missed pickups may incur a fee. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll reschedule. We also send reminders to help you stay on track.
12. Do you offer services for commercial clients?
Yes — we serve businesses such as gyms, salons, medical offices, restaurants, and Airbnb hosts. Contact us for custom pricing and service plans.
