We do not describe every detergent or service as completely allergen-free or fragrance-free.
Can I provide my own detergent? +
Yes. Customers may provide their own detergent when it is clearly labeled and arranged with our team before processing.
Contact us before a pickup order or speak with the staffed counter when dropping off laundry.
What should I do with stained or special-care items? +
Separate or clearly identify stained items and tell us what caused the stain when known. Also identify garments with special washing, drying, folding, or detergent instructions.
We will review the request and explain whether it can be accommodated. Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Should I check my pockets before sending laundry? +
Yes. Please empty pockets and remove money, pens, keys, electronics, identification cards, jewelry, and other personal items before dropping off or scheduling pickup.
Also secure loose drawstrings, close zippers when appropriate, and identify damaged garments before processing.

SELF-SERVICE LAUNDROMAT
Visiting Our Columbus Laundromat
Find answers about operating hours, machine payments, large-capacity washers, comforters, staffed assistance, and entering or leaving near closing time.
What are your self-service laundromat hours? +
Our self-service laundromat is open daily from 8 AM until 8 PM.
The staffed service counter is available daily from 8 AM until 5 PM for drop-off service, questions, and customer assistance.
Is there a last-wash cutoff before 8 PM? +

Please allow enough time for your complete laundry cycle before arriving near closing.
Can I leave the laundromat after 8 PM and return? +
No. Customers finishing laundry after 8 PM must remain inside the laundromat until their laundry is complete.
The entrance door locks from the outside after closing. If you leave the building, the door may close behind you and you will not be able to reenter from outside.
What payment methods do the machines accept? +
Customers can pay using coins, bills, major credit or debit cards, tap-to-pay, a laundry card, or the laundromat mobile-payment app.
Our app-based payment platform is managed through The Laundry Boss.
Do I need to download the app to use the machines? +
No. The mobile app is one payment option, but it is not required. Customers may also use coins, bills, cards, tap-to-pay, or a laundry card.
Do you have large washers for comforters and bedding? +
Yes. Our laundromat has large-capacity front-loading washers that can handle bulky household loads, bedding, blankets, and many comforters.
Our largest washers hold up to 80 pounds. Machine selection should be based on the size, material, and care instructions of the item being washed.
Can your team wash my comforter for me? +
Yes. Customers who do not want to wash their comforter themselves may leave it with our staffed wash-and-fold counter for $15 per comforter.
Staffed-counter hours are daily from 8 AM until 5 PM. Care-label limitations may apply.

Staff members are generally available at the service counter daily from 8 AM until 5 PM to answer questions and help customers understand the available machines and payment options.
Can I use the laundromat without buying a laundry card? +
Yes. A laundry card is not the only available payment method. Customers may also use coins, bills, credit or debit cards, tap-to-pay, or the mobile app.

COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY SERVICE
Recurring Laundry Support Built Around Your Business
Commercial pricing, pickup schedules, minimums, processing, packaging, and turnaround are customized after we review your laundry volume, location, item types, and service requirements.
What types of businesses does WSHFLD serve? +
We work with restaurants, short-term rentals, property managers, gyms, fitness facilities, salons, barber shops, spas, hospitality businesses, offices, organizations, and other customers with recurring laundry needs.
Common items include towels, linens, bedding, uniforms, aprons, bar mops, cleaning cloths, and other washable business textiles.
How is commercial laundry pricing determined? +
Commercial pricing is customized rather than based on one universal rate.
We consider item type, estimated pounds or pieces, pickup frequency, route distance, required turnaround, sorting, special handling, folding, packaging, and delivery needs before preparing a service proposal.
Is there a minimum commercial order? +
Commercial minimums are negotiated for each account. There is no single minimum that applies to every business.
The minimum must account for pickup distance, route time, laundry quantity, processing requirements, and delivery costs so the service remains practical and dependable.
Do you offer commercial pickup and delivery? +
Yes. Commercial pickup and delivery can be included in a recurring service plan.
Route availability, pickup frequency, address, order volume, and required delivery schedule are reviewed before service begins.
Can we arrange recurring daily or weekly service? +
Yes. Commercial schedules may be arranged around the customer’s recurring volume and operational needs.
Available frequency depends on the address, route efficiency, production workload, item types, and total laundry volume.
What turnaround time can commercial customers expect? +
Commercial turnaround is established after we review the account. We do not advertise one guaranteed turnaround for every business.
Volume, item types, route schedule, pickup frequency, packaging, specialty handling, and delivery requirements all affect the service timeline.
Do you guarantee a specific processing capacity? +
Processing capacity is evaluated for each prospective commercial account before service is confirmed.
Tell us the estimated pounds or pieces per pickup, expected weekly volume, item types, and required turnaround so we can determine whether the account can be supported reliably.
Can commercial customers request special handling? +
Yes. Businesses may discuss sorting, detergent preferences, folding, packaging, order separation, pickup procedures, and other handling requirements during the quote process.
We will confirm which requests can be accommodated before a service agreement begins.
Do you provide medical-grade or sterile processing? +
WSHFLD does not advertise medical-grade sterilization, healthcare-linen certification, or regulated sterile processing.
Businesses with towels, uniforms, or other non-regulated washable items may contact us for review. Any specialized compliance requirement must be discussed before service.
Can I tour the facility before choosing WSHFLD? +
Yes. Prospective commercial customers may contact our team to arrange a facility visit and see where their laundry would be processed.
Our customer area and production area are kept clean, organized, and well maintained.
What information is needed for a commercial quote? +
Please provide your business name, industry, pickup address, item types, estimated pounds or pieces, expected frequency, required turnaround, packaging needs, and any special handling instructions.
Sharing your current laundry challenges also helps us design a practical service plan.
WHY IS COMMERCIAL PRICING CUSTOMIZED?
The Pickup Route Must Work for the Account
A small pickup located far from an active route may require a different minimum than a larger recurring order nearby. We review distance, volume, frequency, labor, and processing requirements before recommending a service plan.SERVICE AREA & CONTACT
